About Nicole Todd

Nicole brings a diverse background to the field of real estate. Before entering the industry, she spent more than ten years serving in the federal government, managing international programs and advancing American interests overseas. She graduated from Connecticut College with degrees in International Relations and French and obtained a Master’s Degree in
Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Originally from New York, Nicole traveled and lived around the world before settling in the Lehigh Valley. Having navigated frequent relocations herself, Nicole understands the challenges of moving a family and the effort it takes to get plugged into a new community. She leverages this experience to smooth the path for her clients – managing the details, providing expert guidance, and connecting them with a network of local resources to ensure a seamless transition.

Nicole seeks to build solid, trusted relationships with her clients by taking the time to understand their needs and by serving as a strong advocate and clear communicator at all stages of a transaction. With a deep understanding of the ever-evolving real estate landscape and access to the latest technologies and market research, Nicole is dedicated to providing clients with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions every step of the way.

Nicole lives in Saucon Valley with her husband Mike and her two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and seeking out local adventures with family and friends. She is an active supporter of local schools, public libraries, and a variety of children’s literacy initiatives.
